Are there any words you are unsure of their meaning? Write down the words. Then write down what you think they mean, guessing from the context. Then look them up and write down a dictionary meaning.
Between                          dazwischen                          zwischen
Insisted                            direkt                                    bestehen, beharren
amount                             denken                                 bedeuten

Write about something in the text in terms of those qualities that professional writers look for in real life: conflict, contrast, contradiction and characterization.
The conflict or contrast in this book is there. That the family Birling is very rich has no problem all in their life is great and Eva Smith the protagonist of the book is poor. She hasn’t got any family, no friends, after her dismissal she has no perspective. An on top of this all she is pregnant. The character is all different no one is the same as another. In real live also nobody is the same as some other. That’s a god instrument to make your story interesting. A story with different persons is much more interesting then with a lot of prototypes. Maybe you know the series Gossipgirl. There you can see a lot of different persons maybe it’s not the best series, but it makes the story lively. Because there are many discussions between the people.

But at the end of the book she saw her mistakes. She is ashamed of her actions and would like to undo it. She can`t believe that her mother and her father do not understand their mistakes. She wants to learn from her mistakes. She realizes what role her behavior played for the life of Eva Smith. Eric behaves like Sheila. At the start of the book he is a spoiled alcoholic. I mean the author want to say us that a little thing in our live can change the hole live of a other person. We are all connect together. We have to act carefully. All that we say or decisions we make can can destroy another life. I think the author has managed to think about our actions. We think one of this incidents hasn’t kill Eva Smith but the mass of all problems killed her. In real live I think it’s a little but the same. When you lose your job then you aren’t happy but you don’t commit suicide. But when you lose your job, your family, your house and you have a lot of owe. Then I understand that the problems can outwit one. I think it was a good book to show what problems can do everything. I hope that this bad luck will never happen to me. ...
